But I have been 5 or 6 times and two things have always diminished the experience for me. Even when it's not crowded the service is painfully slow. I realize that making good craft cocktails takes time but when you're the third person in line, it shouldn't take 15 minutes to get two beers. Has to be a way to fix that. Also, every time I've been there, I have never felt like my business was appreciated. Rather the staff seems at best disinterested and at worst inconvenienced to serve the patrons. Unfortunately that's not uncommon in Wilmington but it isn't the case everywhere.
