  We ordered the same coffee but look at the difference it is un drinkable. My question is how does nobody notice when handing this out. I don’t like to complain but this happens so often with this store to the point my wife chooses to go to other locations now instead of this one.

  Food is the same for all Dunkin’s but this one is terrible service. One of the worst drive thru service places Ive ever repeatedly visited but I keep trying. I wish they would get their act together. Oh, and fix the exit to the parking lot. The terribly slow service backs up traffic in their own lot so you can’t get out. Today was the last time I give them a chance. Supposedly there is new management but basic customer service still doesn’t exist. ACKNOWLEDGE the customer in drive-thru when they pull up. Don’t let them sit for 5 minutes after already sitting behind other cars for fifteen. Basic service courtesy should be taught. I’ve never been in the Lowes coffee shop but they advertise directly by mocking this Dunkin. I guess I’ll give them a shot. The Complex Bean across the street is also good if you just want coffee

  I am the new GM and we are trying our best to make this a friendly and welcoming establishment..I do apologize for the last couple months I hired a ton of people and as u know many don't workout,but we have a great full staff now and would love your business..if u come through tell me or one of my staff members u saw this review and leave us a great review and I will offer u a free coffee or doughnut!!

  extremely disturbing!!!! I believe the young lady I am talking about is some type of management maybe even the general manager she has glasses and tattoos. with black hair. she was being extremely rude to the elderly employees, and I heard her conversation with other staff members making racial comments. It made me uneasy. I didn't even want to make a purchase or give this place any business due to the unappropriate language and the mannerism she was acting if the place was privately owned, and if it is, then I stand corrected, and her family must be the owner because her racial slurs against other employees and belligerent attitude seems to have no repercussion, and she was unconcerned about any so I need to know is this a private owned facility or this is corporate?

  They literally handed me frozen bagel minis, forgot half my order (no wake up wraps and I ordered two), and they didn’t put the sweet flavor shot in my coffee like I asked, so it’s basically just black coffee :( I’m honestly so sad right now I was so excited but this location cares more about drive thru time than the customers. I’m so devastated.
