  I ordered two pizzas for delivery and they were delivered to the wrong house. After walking through the neighborhood and finding the pizzas one was made incorrectly and the other had no cheese on it. We called the store and explained the situation. We were told that they would deliver a new order. They never delivered the new order and we called back multiple times with no answer.

  I placed my food online at 6:50pm, order ready at 7:11pm, order deliver at 8:15pm. Pizza cold, no extra cheese. Let me tell you how this happen. After getting off from work, my fiance placed the order online as soon as I got home to make sure the pizza isnt cold, and to feed the family. By the time I was out of the shower, and picking up the house, my fiance and teenager came to me telling me the food hasn't came. So I said okay let's call. 8:03pm we called, was put on hold because he said he had to check the order. He got on the phone after a few mins saying oh your order on the way. Okay, cool. Im hoping it hot, or at least warm. Food gets here at 8:15pm delivery guy was nice, but the pizza is dry, and cold. So I know its been sitting under the warmer for a while. I wasn't happy at all. So I called, and ask if they can tell me why my pizza is 1 1/5 late, and its cold and dry. The guy on the phone said its because its raining, and the 50% off deal, and they are busy. So you telling me that my family and I have to eat a cold pizza because we live less than 7 mins away, last time it rain was 4 hours ago, 50% off deal, and they are busy. But my delivery time didn't start jumping up until after my order was out of the oven??? Lets make this make sense. If I remember right, I didn't even get told sorry, or lets make this better next time my family wanted to order.

  online it says that they close at 1am so I ordered a pizza and sides at 11:45. the whole process was going smooth. working like normal I got a delivery driver named Noah assigned. a while later I get a notification saying my order was delivered...yet there was nothing here. no one called me emailed me texted me or anything. I tried calling the store multiple times and no answer. I call today to find out my order was canceled bc apparently they closed earlier than 1 and failed to call me and tell me they had to cancel my order. seeing as that was very frustrating and I was upset they did not offer any coupon or compensation at all which just showed me they really don't care. I like dominos food but this location is 👎🏼 its giving very messy and unprofessional.

  Seems like every single time we use this location for either pickup or delivery, there are issues. Giving us the wrong pizzas multiple times. Delivered the wrong pizzas and tonight forgot 1 Of 2 pizzas. Of course it was the one for my kids. Promised 15 mins and it’s been over 30- still waiting. We live 5 mins away. Let’s also not forget the time the Manager made us pickup 12 pizzas 1 hour early for a neighborhood party, so they could manage Halloween rush. This was the first straw after being loyal Friday night customers for 5 years! Unacceptable! Get it together over there, Manager and Team!

  Terrible staff. Terrible food if you actually get it. Rat infestation. The so called manager was no help. Check your pizza for rat droppings.
