I called Dominoes after receiving a call from my mother that the pizza hadn’t arrived yet and the facility was now closed. I was told by a woman that they were short a driver and I told them that they might as well cancel and refund the order since the receptionist was gone for the day. Then she told me they were just sending the driver out. Again, I tried to explain that there was no receptionist there but she hung up me on mid-sentence. When I tried to call back, no one answered. I called later and asked for the manager. I got someone who said they were an assistant manager and that they were going through some kind of management shuffle and I should call back the next day. I called back the next day asking for a manager. When he got on the phone, he refused to give me his name and just remained silent. Sure does look like they need a management and staff reshuffle.
