She had a bunch of tables and let us know that she just came in for her shift and apologized for the few minutes we waited for drinks which was only about 5 minutes from sitting down at our table. Our food came out pretty quick and she made sure to keep checking in on us.

Our server was super sweet and very helpful as this was our first time here. The MAJOR issue was the food. For the prices they charge we expected better food quality. Our appetizers were perfect. Everything came out fast too. The main course foods for us all had issues. My Wife's burger was burnt and all you could taste was the outer burned layer. Like outside solid black. Not just grill marks for flavor. Grill fire level of burned. What's insane is my burger was cooked to perfection. It was medium- medium rare at best and was amazing. Her fries were cold as were mine. My fries were ICE COLD. I mean like bricks. They were coated in the garlic parm stuff, but beyond that they were the same fries everyone else got. Crazy part is the kids all got fries served that were so hot you couldn't eat them. This at the same time as our plates. Sucks because we drove down from an hour away for it all. We will be back for game times with kids, but never again for food. Menu looked amazing but for these prices we expected better.

Her hospitality and humor are why I come back!! But the other night I came in and she wasn’t working. Instead I was sat with Crystal. Crystal was a terrible server. She was rude and acted like every request was an inconvenience. Ranch? She rolled her eyes. Fries with wings? She huffed and asked “Are you serious??” I only ordered wings and didn’t order my normal drinks because I didn’t want to raise the bill and her tip (I don’t lower my tip because servers aren’t paid a living wage) But I am giving five stars because I REFUSE to give any less on a review that includes Ava. Please take care of her! She is amazing! The only reason I am leaving five stars is BECAUSE of AVA. If I was only reviewing Crystal, I would leave zero stars.
