- SFSam Fletcher6 days ago1.0Didn’t receive anywhere near what I ordered via mobile pickup. Not the first time either surprised I went back there. Used points for a free bowl and paid for extra protein. Got one scoop of barbacoa and there was no steak to be found in the bowl. The bottom was full of liquid and the bowl was half empty. Chipotles online chat thing sucks, they sent me a BOGO offer which is comical after spending 1600 points and $6 for protein. This is what we have come to in this world!?!?! Crazy that I have to write this review but tbh you’re better off starving than ordering from this Chipotle….

I finally spoke to a young lady and she said she was checking employees in. That's why they were not helping us. Who is more important? The customer or the employees???
