I was in last night and received cilantro, but today there was a problem and the cashier informed me that he couldn't give me cilantro. Not sure what the difference between last night and today was but I will go somewhere else where I can get cilantro and it not be an issue.

We have had multiple instances now of ordering food for delivery, having part of the order arrive, and driving across town to recieve the rest of it. I suppose it's my fault for assuming an accident wouldn't continue to happen, but whatever. The folks at the store claim they are unable to do anything by way of refunding delivery fees, and that we need to contact doordash. Once you go on a treasure hunt to figure out how to complain to doordash, they say you must contact the store. Since the issue is the store failing to hand something to a driver, I'm inclined to agree with doordash on that one. To top it off, you can't contact a human at Chipotle unless you yell at a robot for 30 minutes. That human then tells you to go to the store. Food's great, just never order it for delivery, or expect any customer service solutions once they take your money.
