It blows my mind how they are ALWAYS out of the HOUSE MADE vinaigrette. I don’t understand how you run out of something you make in house but, I digress. I frequent this location and no matter the time of day they are ALWAYS inconveniently out of the one thing that makes the meal complete . It’s such a disappointment and I will not be returning moving forward.

ADVICE TO ALL FUTURE PATRONS - go to the Leland or College Rd location (they are excellent!) You will regret it if you come to this location. I rarely ever post negative reviews, but this experience should be shared so that future patrons and the manager/corporate can see and decide what they want to do. Chipotle is my favorite restaurant, and I’ve been to many locations across the US. I’ve given this location a few chances and every time it is worse and worse. This is by far the WORST Chipotle ever. The staff is not friendly or professional. There is always food dropped and smeared everywhere it’s like a 90s food fight scene happened in there. There’s like 50 employees behind the counter, a few just standing around. Why aren’t you helping to clean up? I bet food costs for this location are high, because the staff just grabs and flings excessive amounts of ingredients everywhere. While I was there, an employee brought a refill of sour cream to the line and it was so overfull with a huge mound that it was just pouring down all sides of the container, and I thought surely they would pause for a second to wipe off the sides at least… but no. Shoved it right into the slot causing it to ooze into the surrounding ingredient containers. I’d hate to see how much food/bacteria they have growing in their cold wells. There is also a lot of cross contamination happening with people not changing gloves after touching non food items then shoving their hands into cheese or all over burritos. I’m sure the health department would take one look at shut them down until they got it together. I can usually forgive some mess and unfriendly staff, because I love Chipotle that much. But this was diabolical - the food was DISGUSTING. None of the food was seasoned to chipotles standards. In fact, there is no seasoning in anything AT ALL. Not a single ingredient tastes like it has a single spec of seasoning. There is very obviously no cilantro or lime in the rice or the guacamole. No seasoning on any of the meat (we got steak, chicken, and barbacoa). No onion in the corn salsa. It’s like no one bothered to prep anything and just took the food out the fridge and slapped it on the bar. On top of that, they have no vinaigrette. The only flavor in our food is unseasoned black bean juice. I wish I was being dramatic. This food is nasty. We cannot eat it. This is very obviously a management problem, because a good manager would never let their restaurant run like that.

The rice was crispy, the beans were cold, the quesadilla was cut incorrectly, and my friend's food was packaged so poorly, the bottom of the bag was coated in oil, causing his food to fall through and fall onto our floor. The employees here have no idea what they're doing.

The staff was very rude. Acted like they didn’t wanna be there. Everything that you asked them to put on your burrito. It seem like it pissed them off and then the working station was probably one of the nastiest working stations that I’ve ever seen in a restaurant there was stuff everywhere Food all mixed in with other foods. They were out of guacamole and they wasn’t even packed. I was the only person in line.

I normally have great experiences at Chipotle, which is why this one really disappointed me. My friend went in around 10:30 PM, and the store didn’t close until 11 PM, so it wasn’t after hours. Unfortunately, the experience felt rushed and uncomfortable. The employee preparing our food seemed visibly annoyed the entire time—huffing and puffing—which made us feel unwelcome. They also didn’t mark the burritos, so we couldn’t tell which was which, and by the time we got them they were cold and barely edible. Neither of us even finished our food, which is rare for us. I completely understand what it’s like to work late and want to close up—I’m a server myself—but there’s a big difference between being close to closing and actually being closed. If customers are still being served, they shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience. On top of that, only chicken was available because they were already shutting down, which wasn’t communicated ahead of time. When you’re spending nearly $30 on two burritos, the expectation is at least warm food and decent service. This was genuinely the worst Chipotle experience I’ve had, and I hope this location can improve their late-night service going forward.
