  Hi, I wanted to share a quick concern about an experience I had today at Chipotle. I came in after a workout and ordered my usual bowl with a tortilla on the side. I was heading to work soon and asked for an extra small tortilla to help wrap my food to go bag . I didn’t realize there was a charge, since in past visits it’s sometimes been included. The employee responded in a frustrated tone in said it was a dollar . I said I come here often and they normally give it to me . The employees seemed upset and through the tortilla into the bag and pushed it toward me, which felt disrespectful and embarrassing. At that point I didn’t mind paying for it specially since I already paid 15 for my meal 54 cents wouldn’t have hurt I didn’t have my phone on me it was at the table as I was getting all my stuff together . The lady sends the manger over in she was telling me there was a 54 cents charge . I stated explain the situation in the lady comes over still yelling about it I was beyond embarrassed about the whole situation I kept assisting for me to pay the $.54 in the manager kept saying no don’t worry about it, but it was the principal of how the situation was handled The manager on duty (Emily) was calm and respectful and explained the correct price, and I let her know I had no problem paying. My concern wasn’t the cost — it was how the interaction was handled. I come to this location often and have never had an issue before, so I just wanted to share the feedback. Thank you for your time.

  If I could give no stars I would... I ordered in the app and arrived when it said to. It wasn't ready and after waiting 15 minutes (so now 30 after order was placed) they said they had to cook steak. So after another 15 I was told it was almost ready. Meanwhile they had already everything else. Most meals were cold, queso hard, lettuce wilted due to sitting for so long. My son ordered crunchy taco shells but got soft... my husband ordered and paid for extra meat and definitely didn't receive. At the end I was offered a free drink... probably should've comp'd the meal... won't go back...

  Never seen smaller portion sizes at a chipotle. Please go find any of the other ones in Wilmington because even if they skimp on your food it will still be double what this place gives you. It seems like their management wants to make as much money as possible by scamming the customers beyond belief. Also waited about 10 minutes for someone to ring me up.

  I had to wait 30 minutes to receive my order and the itbwas the wrong one when I got home. I was really disappointed . The different condiments that you can add to your order were not available and the seating was dirty and unclean. Empty tables had not been cleared. I will not be back
