As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

    Food was cold. Had them remake it. Brought it out to me in 2 minutes. Bread a d neat still cold. Cook actually brought it to me with an attitude. Went back to the window with the two CHAMP BURGERS THAT HAD N9 CHEESE. The girl told me they didn't come with cheese and slammed the wi dow. Nasty customer service. That night shift is bad. No hats, no gloves,no uniform.

    I went through the drive-thru last night and waited at the speaker for about 10 minutes no one ever responded. I pulled up to the window and saw two employees inside who looked right at me but didn’t come to the window or acknowledge me at all. After waiting again, I finally just drove off. Completely unprofessional and disappointing service. It was the late night evening shift.
