I was told bow tie pasta was my only choice. The cooked pasta had fallen apart and was mushy. They either overcooked the pasta or used an inferior pasta. Not all gluten-free pastas stand the test. There were other GF menu choices but I really wanted their meat sauce. The sauce is delicious but their GF pasta is nasty.

Representative from the wine supplier was there with details about the winery, wines and any questions. The Manager was working with the servers to ensure that the food and wine was perfectly timed. The Manager and Chef were very personable and stopper to talk to every table. If you are thinking about attending a Carrabbas Wine Dinner, do it, you will not be disappointed!

He was genuinely one of the best servers we’ve had in a long time — attentive without being overbearing, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He made thoughtful recommendations, checked in at just the right times, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. You can tell he really cares about giving guests a great experience. The food was excellent, but Conner’s service truly made the night memorable. We’ll definitely be back and hope to sit in his section again!
