  We ordered on Super Bowl Sunday and had a an issue with our order but the manager Justin was quick to contact me and resolve the situation. Our second order was delicious. I truly appreciate the customer service at this location. We will be ordering again!

  Jayden was honestly amazing. From the moment we arrived, she was so welcoming and had the best energy. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect the whole time. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes pride in what she does. It made the entire experience that much better.

  Wings place that can’t make wings on superbowl day. Highly unprofessional after making you wait for nearly 50 mins with over 20 people waiting for their takeout order. Had to cancel as no food was coming out of kitchen and no communication from the staff who was very non chalant about the customers waiting.

  Where to begin... The dinner was alright. But that's not what the problem was. Worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. We go to pay and we have a gift card. NILAH the server leaves with the card which is expected. She comes back with the entire silver strip off on the back... The entire code is scratched off. Then she says well now she can't use it... She was the one who scratched the code all the off then now the card is invalid so now we can't use any of the money on the card... I obviously am upset but I keep calm but it was a mistake but one that we need to figure out but now we can't use it all and I don't like to waste money which is feel most people can relate to. Keep in mind this is while my kids are husband are present. Usually when I worked in customer service I'm like okay especially if there are kids I will act kind and figure this out quickly. She immediately says she will go get the manager without trying. She walks back and the manager comes up and says "what's the problem"... JUSTIN Not a great way to start. I think what also made me upset was I was a manager at a retail store. And addressing the customer in a friendly way showing you want to make it better is the best move... Not the biggest issue. He then says it's my fault the code was scratched off by NILAH because I didn't scratch it before hand... Now at this retail store I worked at we dealt with gift cards all day with those silver strips. I learned when it comes to these card it's better to not scratch them before hand especially if you have kids. Whatever. It shouldn't matter you can't assume everyone will scratch a gift card before they arrive... At this point it was getting ridiculous and NILAH started making comments the manager JUSTIN told her to leave. She goes to the drink stand looking and talking trash.. At this point I told him of my experience with gift cards at this store and when he asked where I had worked I told him and he SCOFFED AT ME! Then he told me it was different there but it's not.. I told him I would pay so I can leave with my family my husband I had already taken the kids to the car at this point. JUSTIN still upset he didn't want to talk with the server about what happened. Blaming the customer for something the server did. Then addressing the customer in a hostile way... Ridiculous... It wasn't even really about the gift card I couldn't use anymore. It was the fact that if I EVER acted that way especially as a manager I would get in serious trouble. And the server. I've seen people get fired for things not even as bad as this. Anyways I contacted buffalo wild wings and they never responded. So I guess this is it. I know it's a novel but I had to say it.
