Overall a good experience. But a restaurant with "wings" in their name should be serving big fat juicy ones!

If management reads this, hook her up. Really friendly and patient and answered a ton of questions. Paid close attention to the kid to make sure he wasn't getting any toppings or condiments on his burger that he wasn't going to like. The food was good too. I am used to BWW being subpar, but that was actually a really delicious burger the kid got and my wings were good as well. This location seems like a really good BWW.

I explained to mgr Kasey Dillon and showed him . He said I have to contact corporate and he could do nothing. Some customer service. I'd have processed the 20 wings and said thank you. And that's why I won't be visiting BWW anymore.

I don't understand why this particular location always gets it wrong, steals my points, bothers my stomach and significantly lacks quality compared to neighboring locations. My order on the 18th was my last straw for this location! My wings were very small compared to usual, they had to be sent back to be sauced because of total lack of sauce. The waitress stole my points and had to make a fake order to cover her tracks and immediately after dining, my insides liquified for the next 2 days. I'm done giving this location chance after chance, this used to be my go to place for games, my birthday & other celebrations; I would spend thousands (yes plural) every year but now I'm saddened by the fact I can't trust the food or the employees.
