When my husband asked about our food, instead of vocalizing they need the receipt they just held out their hand with an attitude.. She came back and plopped our food on the counter then walked away. Didn’t say a word. We had no idea it was our food until we saw our crumpled receipt inside.. Unreal. Why work in customer service if you’re gonna act like this. I would understand if they’re short staffed, but they had more than enough workers there. 5+

When I got to the intercom to order, I was asked for my order but kept getting put on hold, and I waited about 10 minutes before anyone finished taking it. I even overheard the conversation because they left the mic on. After proceeding to say hello, my order was finally accounted for. Get to the window, only got worse. The cashier was on their phone while others were standing around. It came across like customer service wasn’t a priority.
