The owner who I met in person (“Sun”) has lied and told me a fake name over the phone before (“Lee” ) when I brought up some concerns about my order. There is no one named “Lee” who works there. Please be careful consuming any product from here. It seems like some very shady stuff is going on in this establishment.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
