- TGTim GaineyMay 3, 20221.0just wanted some bagels and coffee. i went to einstein all the time back in VA. apparently rhe only one here is at the UNCW. so gps took me to james hall and then i had to walk and navigate through the campus (i do not nor have ever attended a campus so this was rough) only for me to show up at 430 dehydrated and they were closed. i even called at about 4pm to adk where they were located and place an order. 0/10

The lady that runs the cash register always knows how to brighten your day with a wonderful positive attitude and great smile. She, along with the few other staff that stay positive, is what makes this place so special. You guys keep up the wonderful work. You guys need to go to other places on campus and teach them how to become a better person towards there customers, because if all of the other places were as wonderful staffed as this place, uncw would be top notch. To bad that's not the case.
