  The drive-thru headsets have been out of order at this location for two weeks now. This leads to a long long wait in the drive thru. A 27 minute wait time in line before getting to place your order is ridiculous. And the staff acted rude and unhelpful. There are better locations in Wilmington to go to if you like Dunkin.

  They close at 8pm but we arrived at 7:10 and they said the lobby was closed which they didn’t closed the door so what’s the point!!! They don’t lock doors If we can’t go inside I come with my kids and we where not able to get our order and eat inside never come again bad service.🤷🏻‍♀️🤨

  Wow. I've been to a lot of dunkins. The customer service is great, the ladies were amazing!! they have so many machines broken and so short staffed. You can clearly see that right off. The drive thru is broken and the order menu is messed up. Y'all this dunkin needs some love!!! Also, probably not a good thing that the employees are apologizing profusely for things beyond their control. Where's upper management?! they just lost another manager that they really liked from what the elderly lady said. You know its bad when they are telling customers. Who owns this place?? Corporate, Where are you??!! Helloooooo, America runs on Dunkin but not this one

  If you have an option, go to another Dunkin location. Their drive thru headset is somehow always broken so they have a sign that says to pull up to the window to order. The line is always slow. If you decide to walk inside they will not prioritize customers waiting, just the ones in the drive thru. Employees will pretend to be busy and then clock out without helping the employees working the drive thru. The location on market street is great.

  Absolute worst location. I have arrived and the front doors were locked and they were only doing drive through because they were short staffed. They have gotten my order wrong, been rude, coffee has tasted bad. Now I’ve been sitting in the drive through line for 30 minutes and am still waiting. Their headset isn’t working. I prepaid for a mobile order or I would have left a long time ago. This location needs a huge overhaul or honestly should just close.
