I asked for extra toasted to try and fix it but they just double toasted the bagel and then put the cold cheese in it. Like bro come on. Overly played in my face 💔
- THTamika HowardMar 27, 20265.0So I went to the store cuz I had a car so my first time I went there a young lady told me that I can't use my card I had to use cash so I went another day and a young lady her name is Cece she was like oh you're able to use the card so I was a little confused so I want to thank her for taking her time and helping me was patient with me and did what I needed to be done she smiled gracefully so I'll give her 10 stars

I ordered a bagel and cream cheese and hash browns. 4 hashbrowns in the bag and bagel was untoasted with wrong cream cheese. Took it to counter to show. Waited for a new one then manager got all rude why did i leave incorrect order on counter and not throw it out. He was huffing and puffing. Took 17 min to get a toasted bagel and cream cheese. Not even an apology for order mix up. Just more attitude. Highly unprofessional for a manager even if a dunk in donuts
