  I fly out of ILM every week. They are either closed for no reason or out of everything every week. How is that even possible? 7am Tuesday 4/21/26 … closed. No sign. No reason.

  Customer service is an after thought here. I walked up to order breakfast and the four people behind the counter just stared at me. No greeting or anything, plus the sandwich was cold. I hope they turn things around.

  Update 7/20/2025: Once again, not open on time. Second time we can't get breakfast before our 5 am flight because they advertise a 4 am opening, but aren't. Original Post: Like everyone else's experience, awful service. Perhaps the manager is attempting to do the "Gen Z Stare" thing, and if so, she nailed it. Don't count on getting anything when they are supposed to open at 4 am. We boarded at 4:20 am and I wasn't able to order anything, and barely got a response when I nicely asked if they were open (before I checked the website for hours). 🤷‍♂️

  Worst DD experience ever. I frequent DD weekly and this is absolutely the worst location. Rude employees and my donut was stale. Don’t waste your time or money on this location.
