  Ordered a mc chicken it was terrible so much mayonnaise thing was falling apart. And to the skinny guy with the name “Emily” tattooed on your neck who said “you almost hit me with the door” when I walked in the bathroom mane next time don’t hide in the corner of the bathroom right behind the door on your phone and then get upset when someone doesn’t see you, no one is forcing you to work at McDonald’s bro

  The food was fresh and hot. Compared to most McDonald's the food had a cleaner taste but fast food is fast food... lol... the young lady who helped us was extremely nice... I wish I had gotten her name ...but she was on her game inside. There was another lady who was on top of spraying and wiping tables after folks left pretty quickly which typically at fast food I am wiping tables with napkins and hand sanitizer if we go in because they are dirty. However, whatever she had in her spray bottle was extremely strong smelling and I do appreciate the cleanliness but maybe dilute the chemicals or use something not quite as strong possible. The floors were sort of dirty and so was the bathroom but for being right dead smack in the middle of the day on a Saturday it was not to bad. I have definitely seen much worse at other locations. They accommodated our special requests of not salt and no onion due to allergy issues. It was loud in there but again it was lunch rush. Plus McDonald's can't help when other customers have screaming kids they can't control. We have never been to this location and if it weren't 2 hours away I would totally go back!

  I can't even give a star for food. I decided to not spend my money there. The customer service was poor. The manager was wearing eyelashes that look like spiders on her face. The manager was in the restaurant playing with the staff. A gentleman that had no McDonald's uniform was behind the counter. The staff was in there playing which is why the drive thru lines looked like a funeral procession. The staff was using profanity. All the while the manger thought this to be cool. I could not stand it anymore. I took my money to Cookout where I received top notch service. I would not purchase anything from this McDonald's if it were the last fast food place in Martin County.

  I was really excited to try the new Big Arch at this Williamston location, but it was a huge letdown. The burger had zero sauce and no crispy onions, but it had so much lettuce I could have made a side salad out of it. To make matters worse, the Big Mac we ordered had the opposite problem—it was completely drowning in sauce. The nuggets were also cold and dry. It’s a shame because the staff were actually very friendly, but the food quality was absolutely terrible this visit. 1 star at best.
