My shrimp was undercooked, which is unacceptable and a serious food safety concern. On top of that, the employee preparing our food had a noticeable attitude toward me and my boyfriend, and her customer service was poor. My friend’s order was also made incorrectly, which added to the frustration. What concerned me the most was seeing the employee handle money and then continue preparing food with the same gloves, which is extremely unhygienic. Altogether, the service and food quality did not meet basic expectations, and it was a very frustrating experience.

Needed to cancel an order today and there was no where on the app to do so. It states at the bottom that with any issues call the store. So we called and rudely got told there was no way for them to fix any app or Doordash orders. No offer to resolve the issue other than to call back Monday to speak with general manager. Just sarcastically was told they couldn't do anything and repeatedly hurried off the phone like I was being a nuisance when I was just doing what their app told me to do. Also no corporate or customer service number to call, only a form to fill out. So just a warning about using the app to order food.

Two girls were hiding behind a small wall in the back on their phones laughing. If this is how this generations work ethic is then they are screwed and so are we the customers.
