  Have eaten here twice in our vacation food is great. Service is mediocre at best. The place was filthy both times we went in food crumbs everywhere on the floor and tables, looked like the floors have not seen a mop in weeks. The women’s bathroom has definitely not been cleaned but I have seen worse…please clean you place up.. the second visit they apparently couldn’t read as we put no onions on burritos (there were onions) no lettuce on a taco(there was lettuce)…please do better.

  4 hard tacos 2 chicken quesadilla 2 empanadas and 1 stary drink $33.42. That is crazy ridiculous. I don't know if that is taco bell everywhere or because it was in Cherokee. But I won't be back for sometime that's a promise. I could have gone to a real sit down dinner and been same price or little more. But for fast food that is just ridiculous. In regards to the drive thru and service it was ok my only complaint is price and did not have much of a choice at midnight.

  Just had one of the most disappointing fast food experiences ever at Taco Bell in Cherokee, NC. I ordered a Cantina Chicken Burrito meal… except apparently the “chicken” part was optional, because there was basically none in it. Just a sad wrap full of cabbage. The burrito wasn’t even wrapped. Then the taco? No beef. At all. And to top it off, the cashier looked completely out of it, which honestly explains how you forget the main ingredient in everything. If I wanted an empty tortilla experience, I could’ve stayed home and saved my money. Completely ruined my dinner.
