My roast beef was so dry and tasted old that I just threw it away. My husband called to speak to the manager about the beef and cheddar because I paid the price of everything large. The manager was unprofessional and told him he needed to order specifically next time and that it was his problem. A little advice, find a different night manager with more training on how to speak to customers and someone who understands accountability. We had the receipt!!! I paid for a meal that I didn't receive but it was our fault she says. Who wants to eat here when you deal with customer service from the manager like this?
