Did a pick up order. Fries were cold and stale, they didn't give us our sauce, straws, or napkins. Kind of disappointing.

We stopped at Arby’s in Cherokee, NC on the 23of November after my Granddaughter’s wedding in Gatlinburg,Tenn. First off the person that waited on us had the worst attitude . First my son ordered a large drink, I ordered a small , she latterly threw my cup inside his cup. My daughter had ordered before us and the lady threw her sack of food down on the little shelf ther and said here. Dropped ours on the counter to us and said here. We thanked her and she just turned around with a VERY sour look. First off she never greeted us or said good by or anything. My daughter n I ordered a ham n cheese, good ( just the bun was pretty mashed) but that is beside the point. My san ordered a beef, well to make shorted we drove on home(Baldwi Ga, with in 2 hours we were in the hospital he had food poisoning, it was very bad. Had to call EMT’S before taking to hospital. It was like the employs we’re having a bad nite. Especially this lady. Didn’t get her name, my son said that is ok mom just treat her with kindness and smile. She was older and very small , the others ere younger. First time I had Been at Arby’s in years. I know this is long, this lady sure was not a very spokes perso’s attitude for Arby’,s carol Plant 555 Park Ave D4 Baldwin Ga 30511.

I went in there earlier today and the most rude lady I have ever experienced in my life in customer service was working the register. She was an older lady with a tattoo on the side of her neck. I tried to speak to her and be friendly with her but she remained rude the whole time, luckily I had an online order so I didn't have to deal with her much. Then another gentleman walked in to order food and she was nasty with him the entire time he was ordering and he was super nice to her. She was sighing and talking to him like a kid the entire time. This lady does not need to be an employee of any type of customer service industry. Luckily she did not talk to me like that because I had an online order or else I would have told her if it is such a problem to take my order, then get me somebody else who doesn't mind taking my order.
