It was perfectly balanced, smooth, and actually tasted like coffee with just the right amount of vanilla. I’ve ordered this same drink at two other McDonald’s locations, and neither one came close to how well it was made here. Great food, great service, and this location definitely stands out!

I called calmly to explain that I'd be back to correct the order. The manager, Josh, took the old food, entered a new order (exactly as I'd placed the mobile order), didn't apologize for the inconvenience or anything. When I got the new order the fries were cold. I just left because I'd wasted over 30 minutes for fast food. Customer service training is definitely needed at this location. I'll just drive to Mt. Hope Church road from now on.

It's either been sitting for ages or they make it wrong, or something. This time they burnt my chicken sandwich, literal black spots on the chicken and they forgot my pickles, the sandwich only comes with pickles but ofc they forgot them. And McDonald's corporate wonder why people go to other places like Chick Fil A.
