It’s incredibly disappointing to find that they are consistently out of stock on popular items like mashed potatoes and mac & cheese. It feels like they are doing this on purpose so people will be discouraged to go through with there orders! They also not even taking orders they’re making all the customers talk to an AI bot to put orders in making it a frustrating experience Then, when you pull up to the window, all you can see is a bunch of women always looking bad at all the customers like they a problem very aggressive and agitated will work. You can tell that they gossiping and hate looking at customers. The staff seems unmotivated, and the management is the laziest I’ve encountered. They clearly have no idea how to run the place efficiently. During a late-night drive-through visit, I was met with unhelpful attitudes each time it never changes and a lack of basic food items, despite having an hour left before closing….. says a lot about the laziness 😒 Customers are treated like an inconvenience, making the experience uncomfortable. I strongly believe management from corporate needs to be assessed and held accountable. Sending undercover personnel to observe the operations during these hours could reveal just how poorly things are being managed. I hope this feedback prompts some necessary changes to improve food availability and customer service.
