  Order ice cream and waited 21 minutes and the ice cream never came out/delivered so we left. It wasn't even busy!

  Absolutely horrible service. We placed our order online. It was completely wrong. Not to mention we waited 20 minutes for them to bring our food out. When I walked up to the togo window, I asked to just have my money refunded. I was told that they had planned to do that. Will never be coming back.

  Waited at this location for an order for Almost an hour to be handed the bag with no sauces that we ordered and items missing. To then have to wait even longer and be forgot about and have to tell another worker for a replacement of the item we couldn’t receive because they were out.
