  We arrived before 11am was around 11:30 before we recieved our already ordered drinks and and another 10 to take our order then we didn't receive everything we ordered we were the only table at first waitress was extremely slow and just not caring about getting her job done will not be returning what so ever the service is ridiculous food was great when we actually got it

  There was only one waitress, which is understandable, however, the service was terrible, this is the second time we've come here and had this type of service, took almost 15 minutes to get our drinks, half of our order wasn't even put in even though we watched her write it down, aske her about it when she brought our pizzas and still got nothing, they weren't even on the ticket, which we got before our food was even on the table, mind you, there was only us and one other table at this time, whiteville pizzahut needs to do better, I will more than likely not eat here anymore, ots always a hassle when we come here and its just not worth it, I can get better service elsewhere, and as someone who works in customer service myself, this is the worst service I've EVER received.

  My cheese sticks were good and the waitress Trisha who took my order was very polite, nice and funny.

  Trish is awesome! We took 5 of our grandchildren for lunch and she made sure we had plenty to drink and fresh food on the buffet!

  I live right behind the Whiteville Pizza Hut, how hard is it to find my address? This makes the fourth or fifth time y’all have done this your wings aren’t that damn good.
