  Both locations in the whiteville area. Absolutely terrible. Went yesterday and today ( only because my kids like McDonald's) all three of their happy meals. Nuggets and hamburger was cold. Tea even though asked for sweet completely unsweetened. I really dont know what the issue is with these two locations, ive had issues in the past and I let it go because I know how it is working in fast food environments. But this has become a constant issue. When im paying nearly 20 dollars for their food plus another 20 for mine and my husband's and it comes like this? What's the point in even going anymore? Do better.

  Would not recommend making a stop here probably the worst McDonald’s I have been to in a long time. There is zero customer service. The coupons don’t work here because they are out of the drinks that come with the coupon coupons and then when you actually get your drink there is no soda syrup so everything tastes like soda water. If you try to complain good luck you’ll have to wait to talk to a manager for over 30 minutes if they even help you at all. Most people don’t speak English here so good luck. I highly recommend recommended to keep on going down to the next McDonald’s food was cold and old to top it off!!!!

  food is fine but the service is terrible. my expectations are already low cause it’s mcdonald’s, but somehow i was still disappointed. the workers act like they were born yesterday. the bathroom was nice though.

  Arrive late nite with only ONE employee working the entire operation, the wait was well over 30 minutes, However the ONE employee was OUTSTANDING! He did not break or buckle once, he was very polite and professional
