At 10:45 we ordered fries, cookies and a small coffee. After 10 minutes we got the coffee but they had just started the cookies, and said they weren't serving lunch yet. We had already been told 5 minutes earlier that they were working on the cookies and they could go ahead and do the fries before 11:00. In the meantime there was a lot of arguing going on back there. As I said, we left with a small coffee that ended up costing more than $7.
