  last week my order was wrong..i let it go because it was just missing the steak topping.. irritating but whatever. today though I ordered a large pizza, for Carry out.. the app said it was done, i showed up 15 minutes later. not done, 4 different people came to the window to ask what I ordered.. finally got my pizza but after getting home realized i was missing my dipping sauces i paid for..the app wants me to call the store but come on.. im done with this dominos.. pizza is plentiful elsewhere.

  The worst service ever!!! I placed an order online for delivery and it got delivered to the wrong apartment, mind you there are 2 buildings 105 and a 205 with the same apartment numbers, my food got delivered to the building that I don’t live in, so I called the store asking what happen with my order because it said delivered but I don’t have it, the girl that answered the phone couldn’t explain nothing to me and hung up, so I called again and again and again with no response.. so I decided to go the store, once I got there I asked to speak with the manager, there was “no manager” so a black guy came to speak with me telling me that the delivery guy had already delivered the pizza and that there is nothing that he can do for me. So I said can you cancel my order and I will place it again? He said nope, I can’t do nothing for you because the order was delivered and you have it. I told him if the order was delivered I wouldn’t be here, so where is my order?? He said i don’t know but I can’t sell you anything or give you a refund, but I can give you a credit. I told him I don’t want any credits I want my pizzas and my soda. I had to literally argue with him to give me a refund, so placed the order again and he cancelled and gave me a refund again, I asked why did he do that?? He said I’m can’t selling you anything. So finally I decided to leave and he was arguing with me calling me names I told him I wasn’t scare of him and left. Will not be ordering there anymore. This is not the first time this happen to me here. I do not recommend this place at all just because of the service.

  Our domino in whiteville N.C is awsome. They have an awsome food prep line, and everybody stays on task. Great service, may take a little longer on some days but most definitely worth the wait.

  I'm not a customer at Dominos anymore because I called and told my order and a second later they called and said that they cancelled my order cause the weather was bad but it was not cause we went outside with our baby and out of the store and when we got out of there it stopped raining and there was barely a puddle and now I'm a pizza hut customer 1 ⭐
