(Was an online order so wasn’t just a they didn’t hear me) when asked to fix the sauce atleast that they got wrong, worker goes “ugh yeah” proceeds to shove his hand in the bag (whilst it’s still in my hands) to take out the wrong sauce and literally throw a correct bbq sauce in.

Ignoring or dismissing customer concerns about potentially contaminated food is unacceptable and unprofessional❌❌ I ordered my mother a taco salad, and when she grabbed the bag of tortilla strips, it appeared to have been chewed open. The tear looked like something a rodent would make—unless an employee is chewing open the bags before putting them into to-go orders, which I highly doubt. My mother called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Mason. Mason didn’t seem to be very concerned and came across as if he couldn’t care less! He said he checked the box the strips come in and didn’t see any chew marks, but that doesn’t change the fact that the individual bag in our order was clearly compromised. This is a major food safety concern and completely unacceptable‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
