When I politely went in to get help i was ignored and talked to horribly from the manager. I won’t be going back to this McDonald’s! The only nice thing I can say is the ladies working at the window were very nice
- GSGeorge StillwellDec 21, 20251.0This has got to be one of the slowest Mcdonalds in the entire Mcdonalds organization and this area of the country! They say there is nothing certain in life but death and taxes, well add this slow Mcdonalds to the list. The only time I even consider coming here is if the drive-thru line is at the speaker. Even then you are in jeopardy of a 30 min wait. Then when you finally get to the speaker, they leave you hanging with no acknowledgement, "Hello", "It will be a moment" or nothing. You don't know to keep waiting or if all the employees finally walked out, quit or what. And the next pain point for me is that 80% of the time they never fill the fries up! No big deal unless you choose fork over the upcharge to get more fries and then you get screwed getting the same amount as a regular. Most times it's only half filled at best. Ray Croc would roll over in his grave All employees here need to watch "The Founder" movie so they see how far off they are from the Mcdonalds standard.

- BCBarbara CojocarNov 20, 20252.0Oh McD's...what happened? This restaurant is ALWAYS busy. We love ourselves some McD's. Their food is hot, and typically correct to the order. But... they really need to consult with Chick Fil A on their service. We, along with probably 10 others, had to wait 20 minutes or more for a basic egg McMuffin meal. In their defense, labor is scarce anymore and it is sad. There is work out there for those that want to work. Thank you to the McD staff that did show for work that day. Keep your head up, maybe you will get more staff in the future.
