  I hate leaving bad reviews but we've lived in the area for years and this place has never been well run. You would think it would be possible to get two simple meals in under 20 minutes. I have no idea what's going on with this location but it's bad bad. We live two minutes away, it took us 38 minutes to go and get two meals. They also had every other car in line pulling to the side to wait, five of us. Everyone waiting 20 to 30 minutes. When we finally get our food every time the fries are cold and theres no apologies or professionalism, just a here's your cold food. I would give it one star but there has been good employees over the years and I've gotten good fries and a quick meal maybe three times in ten years. This will certainly be the last time, I'd rather drive 20 minutes in any direction for a different option. This place needs help, bad.

  Slow, slow, slow, if you don't make it there before 6am expect to spend at least 20 minutes in the drive through. They might be lucky to service about 10 cars an hour. I've often got the completely wrong order after the wait, It's service at locations like this that makes me welcome our new robot overlords.

  OMG we walked out. Kiosk ordering is horrible. Outside 15 cars were lined up so we went inside.i noticed 8 customers seated waiting for their food. 4 more standing and waiting with one lady saying she had been waiting 20 minutes. No customer service at McDonald's any more, kiosk only and it's a damn shame. We left and drove to Hardee's over in Carthage.
