  Ordered on Halloween for the family prior to taking the kids trick or treating. Only stated a 28 minute wait so placed an order. 1.5 hours later I called and they could not find my order and just said probably 4-5 hours later wait. Not a care in the world while he sang to himself over the phone or any sense of urgency and just cancelled the order. Why not call and let someone know? Was the expectation that everyone who ordered expecting a 28 minute wait would be totally cool with a 4-5 hour wait? That was fun dealing with a bunch of starving kids while trick or treating. No longer supporting this business.

  Very rude women on the phone when I called for an eta on my order. Placed my order online then an hour later no update so I called and they said it would be another 2 hours! So 3 hours? And her exact words were “idk what to tell you” then when I asked for a manager she said no manager can come to the phone. Then I just canceled my order. I’ll be calling corporate to file a complaint

  I got the app and got the national coupon 7.99 14" 1 topping pizza. Get the hand tossed it hold the heat better. Great tasting and just be prepared to wait during busy times. Very friendly and attentive.

  We went to the new Wesley Chaple Domino's for pickup, staff was friendly, our order was ready on time, overall a pleasant experience. We will be back
