Only stated a 28 minute wait so placed an order. 1.5 hours later I called and they could not find my order and just said probably 4-5 hours later wait. Not a care in the world while he sang to himself over the phone or any sense of urgency and just cancelled the order. Why not call and let someone know? Was the expectation that everyone who ordered expecting a 28 minute wait would be totally cool with a 4-5 hour wait? That was fun dealing with a bunch of starving kids while trick or treating. No longer supporting this business.
