  I was at this location on April 13. Walked in, floor soaked as if they just threw the water down and didn't attempt to get it up. Ordered my food. I didn't get what I ordered, after waiting forever for the order.No apologies not even from the manager. And they were not busy at all.

  First time at this location. I can honestly say there is no need for me to return. The wait time was a solid 15 mins maybe a few extra minutes. I would say it's due to the leadership at this chain. It felt that they were under trained. To add, the male manager was doing employee reviews or something during this rush. After he seemingly scaled an employee outside, he finally decided to do some actual productive work and help with food prep. His leadership seemed maybe not the strongest for a role in the public. I will communicate this same information to corporate. Overall just other options in the walking distance to eat at.

  Great service, terrible food. Fries were cold and tasted refried. I threw most away. The new spicy chicken is smaller and not any better. Tall guy running the counter was the only nice part. Hexwas great and friendly but the rest of the employees seemed too busy with their conversations to notice anything. Out of napkins and had to wait for ketchup.

  I wish you could go to Tarboro and teach them how to run a restaurant. I had to go back and fix this review. You guys are awesome at you restaurant. I'm glad to know that's there are Wendy's out there that are still good. The one in tarboro is giving Wendy's a really bad name. Thanks for what you do.

  Service at this location has gotten slower recently. Empty parking lot and few cars in the drive through yet we're told to wait because they're "backed up". Food was good, just delayed more than usual.
