They finally realized that the woman’s order had been sitting there while she waited for about 15 mins. It took quite a while to take our order, and nobody seemed very interested in making it. We are very disappointed. Three employees with nothing to do, and no-one had time to take an order??

I patiently waited for the crowd to go down and asked them to remake it without granola. I kindly asked the girl who was making the food and bowls to remake it instead of the cashier who messed it up in the first place. I guess she got offended and made it herself and walked away with it to "add more honey" in the counter area where I could not see her. Not only did she soak it in honey, I found a piece of string in it. I will not be visiting this location any time soon and if I do I will kindly ask this lady to not make any of my orders in the future. This was my second time at this particular location and had a better experience the first time.
