  I went through drive through, ordered a large smoothie,large coke,large sweet tea and a daily double low carb without the bread. They gave me a sandwich with the bread I asked if they. Like give me a plastic container to put it in? They took the sandwich and said to pull up into space 1. We did and sat 15 minutes they brought out other peoples orders and we were still sitting so I walked in and told them I had been waiting 15 minutes for a burger with no bread they said oh it's sitting right here pointed to the shelf behind them I said no thanks I want a refund. They need to learn how to do their job. Nobody should wait 15 minutes for a whole meal let alone a burger with no bun.

  This location has been through some changes and not positive! Besides the sweet tea tasting like poison the Kids Play area is disgustingly dirty!!!! I’m not exaggerating!!! I literally had to clean some of the fixtures. When I let a worker know about the lack of cleanliness she shrugged me off! This will be my last time bringing my grandkids here!!!!!

  Do the employees at this location go through incompetence training? They must to mess up literally every item in every order!

  When they close during bad weather they don't close web orders or post it and then refuse refunds on the orders. They keep the messages moving from preparing to complete. Standing around in the store watching people drive by confused.

  Spent about 30 mins waiting for my food after placing on mobile app. I went to pick up the food about 10 mins after placing the order, waited in drive thru line about 5 mins, then waited an additional 10 mins for my food to prepared. When I finally got to my food and checked it, there was a label on my Big Mac box that said clearly no onions, but it was loaded with onions when I opened it. I had to go back in the line to wait an additional 15 mins cause the line grew since I had waited so long, the doors were locked due to them having the inside closed because of the weather. Bottom line I will never come to this location again. Horrible experience. The food wasn’t even all that and they served old fries.
