Customer Service is always terrible and nobody cares if there are any issues with your order. Long wait times, even when you show the tracker as “ready.” You can tell the staff is extremely lazy by how your food looks coming out, just look at the pictures in the reviews. Our card was charged 3 times online after saying “payment unable to process” it certainly did process! And 3 times at that! No confirmation email and no food made. When we went inside to tell them what happened they instructed us to try again. We told them it didn’t work and has already charged us 3 times. They refused to honor any discount or online code in store. And would not let us pay in store! It’s 2025 and I’m still confused as to why they can’t honor any online discounts in the store! Come on! They offered zero help whatsoever.
