  I dont recommend this location for delivery or pickup orders. If you are ordering thru UberEats i advise you to change the restaurant location. TRUST ME! Even with pictures, receipts and screenshots the store will not give you food they missed on your order and u will actually have to reorder and pay a second time just to get the food u ordered THE FIRST TIME. Staff and management have no interest or intention of correcting the orders. Which explains why this location has a 2.8 online review. If u want Chipotle and u live near this location you have to go in and make your order. But i wouldnt even do that as the store is often unclean with smaller than normal servings just like the reviews state. Ive found the smaller servings to be specifically for pickup and delivery. I've changed my restaurant location in my Apps

  So I normally go to this chipotle but tonight my experience was not the best at all. There was young lady that’s was of color had and completed attitude I said hey to her she didn’t say nothing back instead in return turn to coworker and said she hates when people do that . It was 10 on the dot at this point so I’m guessing she was rephrasing to coming in at the last hour of them closing however it is a whole hour before they close … they were cleaning in the moment of they had no food fresh at all what so ever the lady who put my bowl together put just any chicken she wanted to on my bowl I didn’t even realized they had a different kind until I looked it was out the a steamer litterally scraped the entire bottom of the pan with brown my rice I have sooo many hard pieces of rice in my bowl I threw the entire bowl away I hope the team takes away from this … that Sunday night rush is a thing or in general a rush of crowd coming in the last hour is very normal for a restaurant…. You should have fresh food to accommodate I spend $35 on bowls that’s I couldn’t eat because she decided to scraped the pan with overcooked rice let alone the meat being completely cold absolutely disappointed and disgusted

  Typing this review as I eat. This location need a complete employee overhaul. When I walked in, the place was an absolute MESS. Every table had food crumbs and actual TRASH leftover from previous customers. I sat down at the ONE “clean” table to eat my food, and the tables were STILL not cleaned by the time I was finished. One employee noticed the issue, walked around the store, complained, and distracted the employees that were actually working trying to serve customers. Absolute crap show.

  I’ve been here a lot. I go back and forth between this location in Wendell and the location in Smithfield and the difference is night and day it’s the employees the lady making the bowls is horrible and rude. And the portions we received are ridiculous. When we visit the Smithfield location we never finish our bowls, but every time we come here our bowls are never filled to the top. Just ridiculous. HOW ARE YOU THIS HATEFUL TO not even give me lettuce. It’s lettuce not chicken or steak. UPDATE. I went to the Smithfield location for lunch today. The first pictures are yesterday. The second picture is today, the plate is fuller, heavier, and well portioned. Smithfield is just the better location to go to. In my opinion.

  ZERO STARS!! They charged me for chips AND used my points. Tried calling customer service and they are slow, incompetent and no help, while the store refuses to help and directs you to call customer service!! Watch these dishonest people!
