I don’t know if it’s the combination of the bowl or the restaurant not knowing what they were doing. But something is not right with this. It’s currently in my lap and I’m trying to figure out how to finish it. I heard them through the drive thru window asking each other how to make the bowl. I will not be returning to this location at all. The one on 64 would have done so much better. Service was cool Though. Thanks for the free drink!

The AI ordering in the drive-through in every Bojangle's at the moment is rough, never showing your complete order on screen, resulting in missing or extra items. The app-order pickups used to be difficult too, but that seems to be resolved. The best part is the food and the customer service. The food is always quality at this location, and even better, the people have always been friendly and helpful.
