You can't blame Food Lion, but like most shopping areas these days, expect idiots to be driving 50 mph right in front of the store. Entitled shoppers will often park in the fire lane. So be careful entering and exiting the store, and be extra vigilant keeping children safe. Traffic is also frequently awful on the only road with access to the store (expect speeding and congestion). So be prepared for your patience to be tested looking for an opportunity to dart out in traffic when you exit the parking lot.
