    This was literally the most disgusting Wendy’s that I have ever eaten at in my entire life. I’m really sick and got a spicy chicken combo and a junior bacon cheeseburger delivered. The spicy chicken was cold and wasn’t even made correctly and had pickles on it?? Like do you even train your people? Both of my sandwiches had just an absolutely absurd and disgusting amount of mayonnaise on them that it was squirting out of the sides of the sandwich. My french fries were old and completely stale. I asked for no ice in my cup, but received a half melted icy Coke. I don’t expect much from a fast food restaurant, but this was sooooo horrendous. the people who work here should be fired. Just absolutely disgusting and I spent 30 DOLLARS for this garbage. It was completely unedible and I ended up just throwing it all away. I would drive all the way to Asheville just to avoid this disgusting trash wendys. Worst fast food I have ever had and that’s saying a lot. Thanks for nothing.

    This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. I placed an online order for in-store pickup to make things easier, and when we arrived, there wasn’t a single customer in the restaurant—yet it still took over 20 minutes to get our food. When we finally received the order, it wasn’t even correct. We asked the employee at the counter if everything was there, and he responded “allegedly” and told us we could check it ourselves—which we’re glad we did, because about half of our items were missing. It was clear that no one on staff knew what they were doing. The manager was walking around checking temperatures while the rest of the team was visibly struggling and needed help. When we asked if a manager was available, she was extremely rude and dismissive, saying that everyone was new and learning. I’ve worked in restaurant management for years, and I’ve never seen such poor leadership or lack of organization. Instead of supporting her team and addressing customer concerns, the manager chose to be unhelpful and disrespectful. To make matters worse, several other customers were also complaining, and some even left after waiting too long. This experience was completely unacceptable, and serious improvements are needed in both customer service and management.

    I am only bothering leaving a review on behalf of Jayden, the poor kid who was keeping it together in the drive through tonight for the rest of the mediocre staff. He was on it. He had to ask other people multiple times to be quiet so he could hear us order. He did a fantastic job, kept his cool, and worked hard. He is the kind of worker a business would want.
