  Good was great, bacon cheeseburger was seasoned well with crispy bacon. Could have been a little bit hotter is only negative.

  The best customer service from the workers. As we were headed home last night/this morning with 3 hrs left on the drive, we stopped here for 2 reasons: 1. My husband was hungry and 2. I had to use the bathroom. We arrived 15 mins before the closed and the doors was locked. However, we ordered and the young lady was super nice. Menu was shortened but it was ok. We could get the #4 Chicken Sandwich Combo which is just what he eats. We ordered 2 combos and a Sandwich by itself. Everything was cooked to order. It was fresh, hot, and salted correctly. Best Wendy's we have eaten in a long time!!!! To top off the service, the 2 employees, allowed me to come in and use the restroom as we waited for the order to be cooked. Thank you so much for that. As a mom of 4, my bladder was on one from the traveling! As a woman if you know....you know what I am talking about. I hope they get recognized for their hardwork and customer satisfaction. Good employees are hard to find nowadays but they were Amazing. Everything was done with a happy smile and warm conversation. There was not one frown, scowl, or complaint at all but a Happy Easter and safe travels as we left. Thank you! Thank you!

  Went through drive thru was not busy at all. Got to the window the guy pulled me when all I ordered was a chicken sandwich meal and jr cheeseburger. Took about 20 mins before I guess the cook brought it out to me which he didnt look happy at all! Checked our food and me and my son couldnt even eat the food threw it away fries were cold burger was awful and the chicken sandwich! I just figured if I was gonna have to wait 20 mins for my food it should of been hot and eatable! They wasnt even busy so I dont understand! 2nd wendys i have been to that the customer service was very poor and the food was awful! Disappointed cause I use to love Wendy's!

  Employee gave notice of 15 minute wait to me and the one other car in the drive through with no customers inside the building, it was 7:30pm yes I understand there was a winter advisory but it's barely raining, I don't understand if they started closing things down early expecting no one to show, I work shifts that make it hard to find food and don't always have time to eat what I bring, a lot of fast food establishments are typically slow or rude and it's typically because of long lines big orders ect but when there's absolutely no customers and the employees inside are laughing and joking can't they wait to continue their games and fun until the two customers are served? Also out of pretty much everything but definitely could be a supply issue not the employees fault.

  BAD DAY in Drive through Fries were probably from yesterday Onion allergy and onion present!!! No Dr.Pepper products Aggravated staff by requesting a receipt and condiments Grace given with a 5⭐
