  I’ve been here multiple times and each time I wait longer. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you want hot food, any type of decent customer service, or fast service. I waited in line with one car in front of me in the drive thru for over 15 mins with two kids who weren’t happy bc of sitting so I parked and went in with them to only wait even longer. When I finally received my pizza I asked for a receipt, the time on it was what I assume was when it was made, which was almost 20 minutes before I asked for it to be ready by, making it almost an hour sitting there before I received it; makes sense for it being luke warm. I usually don’t leave reviews but in doing so, I hope to let them know what they can improve or at least make others aware so they’re not in my situation.

  Disappointing Experience at Waynesville Papa John’s I’ve had good experiences with Papa John’s at other locations, but unfortunately, the Waynesville store doesn’t measure up. The customer service was poor and there was clear miscommunication that led to my order being incorrect. Most notably, I ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta, and they forgot the pasta noodles—how does that even happen? It was a frustrating experience, and the lack of attention to basic order accuracy is unacceptable. For a $93.00 order it was like throwing money in the trash which will not happen again at this place. The quality of all our items was horrible. Sadly, this visit was on par with the kind of service I’ve come to expect around town—uninspired and careless. If you’re craving Papa John’s, I’d recommend trying a different location.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I called in my order at 7:35 and it was supposed to be ready by 8:15. We got our food at 9 o’clock. The staff was very rude and was pushing other orders in front of our “big” order of five pizzas. They continued to talk in the back and neglect my order. They were also laughing and saying “the customers can wait because we are tired.” The managers told me, a customer, to find more workers.
