    FULL OF GREASE. UNABLE TO EAT. ZERO EFFORT IN PREPARATION. NEVER EAT AT THIS BOJANGLES. THEY HAVE NOT CHANGED. IT HAS BEEN YEARS SINCE EATING AT THIS ONE. CANTON BOJANGLES MUCH BETTER.

    First off I’ve either gotta be insanely proud or insanely pissed off at an establishment for me to leave a review as I’m lazy. This unfortunately is about the latter. It’s been a few months since I’ve been to a bojangles and now I’m starting to remember why. Went through the drive through, the only Customer there. Ordered my meal, pulled to the window, crew barely acknowledged me, maybe said two words to me through the whole interaction, whatever I’m just here to eat. Get home, open my food to find out I’m missing my biscuit, but they’ve seemed to replace it with four forks….what ? My drink had more ice than soda. Chicken was dry and chewy. Don’t think they got one thing right. You want good food, good service, go a few minutes to Chick-fil-A. Don’t waste your time with this place.

    Went through the drive through and they are now trying to use an automated service instead of a person, worthless! Bojangles, GET RID OF THE AUTOMATED DRIVE THROUGH ATTENDANT!!!!!
