- CHCorrie Henderson6 days ago2.0We live in sylva and we come thru tonight got a beef and cheddar and medium roast beef the drive thru Clerk was extremely short I ask for horsey sauce and arby sauce and while sitting in drive thru back help came to get a drink with gloves on rubbing his nose the blond headed girl that gave me my food assured me all sauces where in bag and they absolutely was not and she was extremely rude I hope u find better crew at this store I work in a food industry and that is absolutely disgusting and absolutely not the way things should be handled by no mean. I tried calling the store it keeps kicking me to voicemail this is beyond the worst experience I have ever had

Sandwich was so small I finished it in 6 1/2 easy bites, sopping wet with arbys sauce hardly any cheese and very little meat,and was cold as well! Come on Arbys you can do better then that. I always have looked forward to the splurge of this sandwich but today I was seriously disappointed.
