Sandwich was so small I finished it in 6 1/2 easy bites, sopping wet with arbys sauce hardly any cheese and very little meat,and was cold as well! Come on Arbys you can do better then that. I always have looked forward to the splurge of this sandwich but today I was seriously disappointed.

I came by here saturday, and the last girl was extremely rude, and kept shutting the window hard. I came back by today to speak to a manager, but Izzie was very polite and made me changed my mind in thought. We were very picky and very slow ordering, and I kept messing up, all Izzie said was “You’re good, take your time” Thanks for being very kind to us Izzie! Keep it up!”
