  The food was not great the fries were cold and the burger was blah. The service was good and the place looked clean. The drive thru was slow

  Out of salads, drink machine had no carbonation. Fine, things happen. But no communication. For 30 minutes with hungry kids and no orders in front of us on the screen, before I had to ask and get the "oh, we're out of that". No "how can we fix it", no responsibility, no refunding, no comps, not a thing to change the experience. And not because of a lack of staff, there were 8 people working at the time. I get it, food and bev can be awful. But this was a special kind of pitiful. Ownership needs to get this place straightened out

  The hamburgers were not good, the meat was not good, from the 1st bite....the French fries were delicious and hot...

  Noah was excellent, very friendly and took good care of us. However, Terri/Terry, the manager was simply rude to everyone. She was yelling at every employee for every little thing no matter how small it was. Truly made the experience bad. However, Noah was incredible.
