Every one of those visits provided a fresh bag of fries, a hot burger patty, and crispy chicken. This location has been the opposite. We have spent over fifty dollars on each visit, and the food has let us down every time. The fries are lifeless. The burger patties are dry and dead. The chicken sandwich was the least painful item, but the nuggets were clearly sitting for a long time. The drive thru is never busy, yet the food always comes out fast. I would rather wait for food that is fresh than get something cold and old in record time. There should be a balance between care and convenience. It feels like leadership is focused on speed, not on quality. The food should be hot, salty, crispy, and cooked with care. The cheese on the burger should melt. The fries should have life. Sadly, the Sprite we ordered was the only redeeming part of the meal. We will not be back. It is disappointing because this location has let us down more than once. In a time when fifty dollars should buy a good meal, this kind of quality breaks loyalty.
