    This is my daughter s favorite burger place and i can see why. We were here today and the double bacon burger i tried was delicious. The cashier Sky was very helpful and kind. Service is quick and very friendly.

    First time at Wayback today and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Everything about our experience was fantastic. Courteous staff and absolutely delicious burger and fries. We'll definitely be back and will spread the word!

    Order takeout. Got home, order was not right at all. Not what I ordered. Food was mediocre. Way way way overpriced. I paid $60 for dinner for three. Two burger meals with shakes and a salad with burger meat on it. Very disappointed. Highly recommend you do not go there. You’d be better off stopping at Wendy’s that you pass to go to this place.

    Please consider a better form of delivery. Ordering food and waiting over an hour for now old, soggy food to arrive is truly not ideal. I guess shame on me for ordering delivery, but as a business you need to come up with a better plan.

    First time visit - Had an unpleasant experience. Saw the advertisement on Facebook a few times and decided to look up the nearest location and it was Waxhaw, NC. I’m avid user of restaurant apps. Downloaded the Wayback app prior to my visit. There was a reward for free Classic burger with a $10 purchase. Hit the redeem in-store button. Long story short there was an issue. Did not honor the reward, in spite of them looking at it on my phone in the app. Suggested I delete and re-download the app… Did that and of course the REWARD was not there. 🙄 Anyways, I spent $15 on a combo meal. Food was decent, not a wow factor. I drove 30 minutes from my home to get there. The staff was friendly but did not resolve the issue. Wish you all the best with your establishment.
