  Their burgers are great found mine drowning in mustard and ketchup. Next time I know to let them know to only put alittle of each. Milk shakes are great. Alittle on the expensive side, but worth it.

  My husband and I decided to eat here. He got the double bacon and I got the classic. Burgers are fresh meat for sure. Not much taste in the meat itself, seasonless. Two patties for someone like me is a bit much, so best to create your own burger for a lighter appetite. Skip the ranch, unless you like bottled dressings. The chipotle mayo is great! The cheese curds are tasteless, don't waste your money. The chili cheese hotdogs look phenomenal we may be back to try those!

  By the time we got our food, I had to think "Way-back" to when we ordered it. Almost an hour to even get the drink for our order. Culvers type of burger but not anywhere close to Culvers quality. The fried pickles were good, however. First and last time patronizing the establishment. Reading the response, we never have that problem at Culvers, they are typically just as busy and the food comes out hot.

  We've been to this Wayback location a handful of times. The burgers are good, and the staff is friendly. The only downside is how long the food takes to make. Today for instance, I ordered 2 burgers and fries to go. There was no line when I walked in. It took over 25 minutes!

  Delightful staff! I wouldn't use the self-service kiosk, it's confusing and you'll end up saving more money by ordering at the counter. Also genuinely pleasant people taking your orders, none of that "whaddya want", they actually seem like they want to be there. Food is also great! Really not that much more expensive than other fast food but much better quality across the board, the shakes are really good. Usually not that much longer of a wait than other places, especially if you compare them when they're busy to other fast food at busy times. Had a double burger with fries and a shake for maybe two dollars more than I'd spend at the Wendys next door for the same thing, but significantly better tasting, better portions, and actually kept me full. Won't be going anywhere else for a quick burger!
