From the moment we drove up, the manager was rude, which immediately set the tone for the rest of our visit. Unfortunately, the staff followed that same example with poor service and an unwelcoming attitude. A visit to Dunkin’ should be quick, friendly, and family-friendly, but this location fell far short of that. I hope corporate takes notice and provides better training, because customers deserve respect and basic courtesy.
